Embassy in Japan participated in the 11th Arab Annual bazaar at Ark Hills in Tokyo, the embassy stated on Monday.
Spouse of Kuwaiti Ambassador Jamila Abdulrahman Al-Otaibi along with wives of Arab ambassadors participated in the charitable event. She was in charge of the Kuwaiti section which showcased Kuwaiti culture, heritage, and craftsmanship.
The bazaar, along with the Arab Products and Food Market, was held within the Arab week activities where Arab embassies displayed items depicting their countries' cultures and traditions.
Al-Otaibi presented Princess Takamado with a commemorative gift after visiting the Kuwaiti pavilion.
She said that Kuwait is keen on participating in the event that is humanitarian-oriented, and noted that the section presented Kuwait's history, and its economical and cultural development. Al-Otaibi hailed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the companies participating in the Kuwaiti section for their cooperation.
This annual charitable event organized by the Association of Arab Ambassadors Wives in Tokyo boosts the exchange of cultures among the people of the world.
