H.E. Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Japan, Abdul-Rahman Al-Otaibi, accompanied by Mr. Saad Al-Mehaini, Second Secretary of the Embassy, held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Kenji Yamaoka, Chairperson of Diet Affairs Committee of DPJ at Diet Affairs Committee Office, Diet Building. H.E. Ambassador Al-Otaibi emphasized to H.E. Yamaoka the importance of bi-lateral diplomacy from all levels of high-ranking government officials, such as realization of mutual visits by both Prime Ministers, Foreign Ministers, and Parliamentarian members, to further continue the long-lasting bi-lateral relationship. As one of the most powerful and influential person to influence the current Cabinet. H.E. Mr. Yamaoka expressed his effort to co-ordinate with high-ranking governmental officials to try to realize the visit by Japanese Prime Minister or Foreign Minister to make official visit to Kuwait and Middle East region and H.E. Ambassador expressed his gratitude and appreciation to his heartfelt comment, and wished that both nations’ effort would be realized in the future.
