H.E. Ambassador Al-Otaibi meets H.E. Mr. Lukman Faily, Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq

H.E the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Japan Mr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Otaibi received the courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Lukman Abdulraheem Abdulkareem Faily, newly appointed Ambassador of Iraq. Their Excellencies agreed on committing themselves to cooperate in order to maximize the existing friendly relationship between the two countries.
