H.E. Ambassador Al-Otaibi meets H.E. Mr. Yahya NGAM, Ambassador of Mauritania

H.E the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Japan Mr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Otaibi received the courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Yahya NGAM, newly appointed Ambassador for Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. Their Excellencies agreed on committing themselves to cooperate in order to maximize the existing friendly relationship between the two countries.
