H.E. Ambassador Al-Otaibi attends Commemorative Ceremony of the 1300th Anniversary of Nara Heijo-Kyo Capital

Kuwaiti Ambassador to Japan H.E. Mr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Otaibi and Madam Jamilah Al-Otaibi visited Nara prefecture on the occasion of Commemorative Ceremony and Reception of the 1300th Anniversary of Nara Heijo-Kyo Capital. H.E. Mr. Al-Otaibi attended the ceremony at Heijo Palace Site, the former Imperial Audience Hall, and the reception respectively.
And H.M Emperor Akihito and H.M Empress Michiko were among the honor guests along with approximately 1,700 guests including key government and business leaders of Japan and government representatives from 54 different countries.
