H.E. Mr. Al-Otaibi welcomes the Kuwait Amir

On Tuesday, the Amir of the State of Kuwait H.H. Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah arrived in Tokyo accompanied by his delegation for an official visit to Japan. H.H. the Amir was received at Haneda Airport by Kuwait Ambassador to Japan, H.E. Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Otaibi, the Japanese head of protocols in the Foreign Ministry, members of the Arab diplomatic corps in Japan and members of the Kuwait Embassy. The Kuwait Amir was welcomed by 21 rounds in salute.
