The certificate award ceremony for the participants in JICE Leadership Training Programme.

The Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Japan hosted the Certificate Award ceremony for the delegation from various ministries and public authorities in Kuwait who participated in the Leadership Training Programme organized by the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE) in collaboration with Kuwait Civil Service Commission. His Excellency Mr. Hasan Mohammad Zaman, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Japan, and Mr. Nobuo Totsuka, Managing Director of International Division at JICE, handed over the certificates to the participants.
